Inverbervie man jailed over lewd child online acts
A man who pretended to be a teenager so he could see girls perform lewd acts online has been jailed for three-and-a-half years.
Michael Davidson, 26, of Inverbervie, Aberdeenshire, exploited children while capturing images and videos on webcams for his own gratification.
He admitted seven sexual offences relating to children at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
Davidson was also placed on the sex offenders register.
Man put on sex offenders’ register over string of charges
A MAN has been placed on the sex offenders’ register after admitting a string of offences.
Michael Davidson, 26, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he admitted that between October 11, 2008 and February 1, 2011, he took, or permitted to be taken or make, indecent photos and videos or pseudo-photographs and videos of children.
He also admitted sex offences against a teenage girl between December 2010 and April 2011 and directing sexual written communication via the internet at three girls under 16.
Davidson, whose address was given in court as Bayview Road, Inverbervie, had his case adjourned until next week for an agreed narrative to be heard.
