Pervert who stalked three school girls before masturbating in his car has been jailed
Paul Matthews was found with a large knife and child sexual abuse images on his mobile phone when arrested by police.
The 36-year-old was caged for three years and four months after admitting outraging public decency, stalking, possessing a bladed article and possessing indecent images of children.
The girls were walking along a street in Fakenham, Norfolk, on June 30, at about 9.30pm when they saw a suspicious man in a red Skoda kerb-crawling behind them, Norwich Crown Court heard.
The scared youngsters told their parents who called police.
Officers tracked down the car and found Matthews performing a solo sex act inside.
When they searched the vehicle they found a folding knife with a blade longer than three inches.
His mobile phone was later found to have several indecent photos and videos of children on it.
Matthews, of Park Road, Holkham, pleaded guilty to the charges in September and was sentenced today.
