Man jailed for sexually assaulting young boys

A 64-year-old man has been thrown in jail for indecently assaulting four young boys in the 1980s. 

Brett Pritchett, of Seaview, Portishead in Somerset, attacked four boys – agead between eight and 13 – between 1979 and 1987 in Holtspur and Beaconsfield. 

He has now been jailed for seven and a half years and ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for life. 

He was found guilty of eight counts of indecent assault by unanimous jury at Amersham Crown Court on Wednesday and was sentenced on Friday following a two week trial. 

He was charged on June 17.
