Sex beast raped a schoolgirl
A sex beast who raped a schoolgirl after luring her to a Falkirk park at night is behind bars.
Mohammed Kiche, 19, pounced on the 15 year-old in January 2017 then stopped her yelling for help.
The young victim later bravely revealed to a friend what happened at Callendar Park, Falkirk, Stirlingshire.
Kiche denied rape instead claiming the girl effectively “seduced” him.
But, the 19 year-old was convicted following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
Kiche, of Hallglen, near Falkirk, was remanded in custody pending sentencing in the New Year.
Jurors heard how the 15 year-old girl had only met Kiche once before.
The pair were with others when Kiche suggested going to Callendar Park.
“She told him to get off and that she did not want to do it. He had his hands on top of hers…she struggled with him. What chance did she have given the relative size of them both.”
The trial was told the young victim had never previously been there.
She ended up alone with Kiche – who was it claimed “must have had sex on his mind”.
It was at the park the burly attacker pushed the girl over a bench and sexually assaulted her.
In her speech to jurors, prosecutor Angela Gray said: “She told him to get off and that she did not want to do it. He had his hands on top of hers…she struggled with him.
“What chance did she have given the relative size of them both.”
The scared victim shouted for her friend, but Kiche slapped his hand over her mouth.
The girl then sat on the bench after the attack.
Her friend recalled: “She was quiet. She never spoke to me at all apart from when I asked how she was, she said: ‘Fine”.
“It was a sharp answer. It started to worry me as the last time I saw her she was laughing.”
The victim later told the same girl what happened. She was described as “crying” and had to be “calmed down”.
Kiche was held for the attack. Miss Gray told the court Kiche claimed the girl “seduced him essentially” that night.
Kiche had also been charged with raping a 14 year-old at the same park a week earlier.
But, jurors returned a not proven verdict on that accusation.
Lady Scott deferred sentencing until January 23 next year in Edinburgh.
The judge told Kiche: “This is a very serious offence. I am going to remand you in custody
