A dad-of-four arranged to molest a toddler and rape an 11-year-old girl during twisted online chats.
Thomas Walker told a person he thought was the children’s father that he was “into young girls” and had “no limits”.
The 40-year-old said he would wear children’s underwear when abusing the pair and wanted to “touch them all over”.
But the sick paedophile, of Hurlingham Road, Walton, was actually talking to two undercover police officers using a decoy profile.
They raided his home and found a vile stash including indecent images of babies and extreme animal porn
Liverpool Crown Court heard Walker first started talking to the officers on the website FabSwingers on July 30 last year.
After being told there were two children, aged two and 11, the conversation quickly moved to WhatsApp and Kik Messenger, where they discussed Walker having sexual activity with the youngsters.
Iain Criddle, prosecuting, said Walker was told he couldn’t rape the toddler but could rape the 11-year-old.
He said: “The defendant said he would like to touch them all over and play with them both.”
Walker sent a picture of a penis “enclosed in underwear” to the decoy profile.
After further phone calls and texts he arranged to meet on August 6, stating that he “couldn’t wait to see the children”, and asking whether it was okay for him to “f*** them”.
However, he did not turn up and later apologised, before confirm that he was still definitely “up for it”.
Walker, who also sent an extreme porn image to the officers, arranged to meet at a Costa Coffee on August 29.
Mr Criddle said: “He had discussions with the officers that he would wear children’s underwear because that would facilitate the arrangement with the young children.
“He also said he would purchase a present for the older girl, whose birthday he was told was around that time.”
Yet again he failed to attend the meeting and police arrested him on September 2.
They seized his two mobile phones, which revealed a collection of more than 1,000 indecent images.
He had 250 Category A – the most serious category featuring child rape – 508 Category B and 301 Category C images, plus 396 extreme porn files.
Tte Category A images featured children as young as six and the Category B images included babies and toddlers.
Officers also found Walker had distributed four Category B images and shared extreme porn on WhatsApp.
They recovered evidence of his twisted conversations, but Walker gave two “no comment” interviews to police.
He later admitted two counts of intentionally encouraging or assisting the commission of sexual offences, three counts of downloading indecent images of children, three counts of distributing indecent images of children, and one count of possessing extreme porn.
Judge Woodhall said the very young age of one “fictional” victim, who would have been particularly vulnerable, was an aggravating feature of the case.
The judge also noted the fact Walker failed to attend the two meetings, as he jailed him for three and a half years.
He said Walker must sign on the Sex Offenders Register and comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life.
