Rapist’s life term

DOUBLE rapist Kevin Rowe was jailed for life yesterday for a copy-cat attack on a 24-year-old woman.

Rowe, 40, repeated the sexual ordeal he put an American Navy civilian through 12 years ago.

Then he was jailed for 15 years for rape, assault and threatening to kill.

At Swansea Crown Court, Judge Hugh Williams gave him two life sentences and said he would have to serve at least seven-and-a half years before applying for parole.

Jobless Rowe first stalked his latest victim to find out where she lived in Haverfordwest, west Wales.

He followed her home from a nightclub and asked to come in for a cup of coffee.

She refused and he went away – but Rowe returned a few days later and subjected her to a 90-minute sex attack.

Rowe denied rape and attempted rape but was convicted of both.
